Contest on Lake Waconia has been CANCELLED.
Family Ice Fishing Contest with Adrian Peterson
A once-in-lifetime opportunity to fish with Minnesota Viking Running Back Adrian Peterson and other local celebrities on Lake Waconia. Bundle up, bring family and friends for a fun-filled day! All proceeds benefit Starkey Hearing Foundation and the Adrian Peterson All Day Foundation to help children in need around the world with the Gift of Hearing.

  • Ice Fishing Contest: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

  • $25 per adult (age 16 and older) through Feb 17 — $30 at the event
  • $15 per child (age 15 and under) through Feb 17 — $20 at the event

Last Year’s Results: Fishing winners of the adult category were 1st place David Wentworth, 2nd place Jason Wagener, and 3rd place Richard Meyer. Children’s winners were 1st place Nathan Heiner, 2nd place Preston Smith and 3rd place Jake Jared. Grand Prize raffle winner was John Werlich who took home a brand new Ski-Doo MXZ 600 Sport Snowmobile. Congratulations to all our winners!
