Leaders in Jamaica Join Forces

In early December, our team shared in a hearing mission in the Caribbean island nation of Jamaica. Jamaica is famed as the birthplace of reggae music and home to the Bob Marley Museum, which was fitting to acknowledge, since his son, Rohit Marley was in attendance once again at our mission. We were very happy to have the political support of Jamaica with the First Lady, Mrs. Juliet Holness, in attendance and Miss Jamaica, Davina Bennett, also fitting with us.

The mission was held at a college campus, which was perfect for working through all of the stages of the WFA® Community-Based Hearing program. We had the space and patient flow that allowed each patient to be served with compassion and care.

The bright colors, warm air and beautiful scenery makes us excited to return several times a year to help the people of Jamaica hear!
