National Plan Launched

Kigali, Rwanda, is filled with history and beauty, but often the historical events remembered aren’t the fondest memories. Yet each visit to this country brings hope and light to a growing history of change and growth.

We served almost 400 patients in Kigali and celebrated the pre-launch of the National Ear Care plan for Rwanda with the Minister for Health, Dr. Diane Gashumba. The celebration included music, cultural dances, and speeches by the Health Minister and Bill Austin.
