Partnering with Physicians for Human Rights, Israel's Sheba Medical Center and the American Task Force on Palestine, the team worked closely with local volunteers in the often contested West Bank and witnessed acts of kindness that showed the connecting power of hearing.

Our dedicated group of local volunteers included some inspiring Israeli hospital workers. We worked with the nurses to provide the gift of hearing to Palestinians in need, knowing that once we left, these same nurses would make sure their patients stayed connected to the world of sound, opening up channels of communication and trust and building a bridge for peace.
